Berry and Spice – A Project Story

The lovely family at Project Berry and Spice decided it was time to renovate their Richardson, Texas living areas to create more open and welcoming spaces. They wanted rooms that were not only functional but also stylish and inviting for guests. They needed spaces that would bring their family together and allow them to create lasting memories.

The ERI team has two very important first steps in furnishings – create an amazing, functional furniture layout as well as a solid custom color palette.

For the Family Room in this renovation, ERI focused on a great seating arrangement in the family room allows for each member for have a killer spot for movie night – translating to more time together. Before, each member piled on one large sectional. The updated layout is a sophisticated solution.

Welcome to Project Berry and Spice!

The Entry Way upgrade looks extensive, and visually it is. However the largest updates are a smooth wall finish, new sconces and a front door with glazing to let in the natural light. Everything else is furnishings, which would not sing the way they do without the foundational upgrades.

The Dining Room at Project Berry and Spice also had an impactful refresh. Coating the walls, trim and windows with a lovely gray green, ERI created a fresh traditional space for the classic dining set the family inherited. Elizabeth has used a similar approach to utilizing family furniture in Project Fresh Edge.
