Builder Partnership

Deliver Beautifully Designed Spaces—
Without Derailing Construction

The tension between vision and logistics is likely as old as construction itself. Clients dream big while timelines stay tight. We bridge that gap, collaboratively developing custom floor plans, managing finish and fixture selections on schedule, and delivering interior design solutions that fit neatly into builder workflows. It’s how we help your clients feel heard while keeping the project on track.

A Process Created to Complement Builders

Our approach combines aesthetic excellence for clients with proactive planning and problem-solving for builders.

HERE’S HOW:

Phase 1. Honing in on the Vision

We start by reviewing any inspiration the client brings—photos, notes, or Pinterest boards—and follow up with a short questionnaire to understand their goals. Together, we’ll talk through ideas, note any must-haves, and define the overall direction for the project.

Phase 2. Conceptual Design

This is when we refine any architectural drawings and identify opportunities to add thoughtful design moments your clients will love. We’ll also coordinate finish directions, plumbing and electrical plans, material placement, appliances, and cabinetry details.

Phase 3. Final Selections

Next, we finalize selections and prepare the construction package, including finish schedules, specifications, tile layouts, and cabinet drawings. Selections made early minimize change orders and keep us all on budget.

Phase 4. Construction Administration

As we wrap up our part of the project, we’ll visit the job site as needed and answer any lingering design questions. We keep all specs organized and easy for your team to access, whether you prefer to use our system or your own.

your job, such as your architect and builder. I can’t
wait to work with her again.”
